SPEAK UP! Share5050 is dedicated to supporting alienated parents across the United States. We are looking for separated or divorced parents (mothers & fathers) who have wrongfully been forbidden contact or visitation with their children. We need your voice, appreciate your input, and value your experience. Our goal, by raising awareness and applying public pressure, is to create the necessary legal and judicial reforms, and unite loving parents with their children.
OUR MISSION
Marital separation and divorce is often very difficult for everyone involved, particularly children. When divorce becomes hostile and combative, children suffer even worse. It's not uncommon for children to become scared and confused, even manipulated and pressured, in ways they cannot understand. The negative effects of parental alienation on a child's psyche can last a lifetime. Our mission is to create necessary, equitable reforms and peaceful resolutions that are truly balanced and just. Sadly, the available legal options are minimal and our judicial system is costly, inefficient, and unfair. A loving, well-intended parent should never be prevented from connecting with their children and we believe coerced estrangement through the brainwashing of children should be a prosecutable offense. By raising awareness and shedding light on this serious matter, we can hopefully restore parent-child relationships and prevent the psychological abuse of children inflicted by an alienating parent.

Counsel for court appearances & encounters with alienators.
